Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Genova developed an early passion for helping
others, leading her to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Nevada,
Las Vegas, with a focus on youth development. During her undergraduate studies, she was an
active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., further strengthening her commitment to
service and community.

Prior to joining Humphrey & Associates, Genova worked in education and nonprofit sectors as a
College & Career Access Specialist, Administrative Secretary, Development Coordinator, and
Youth Development Specialist, supporting secondary students and donors. She developed
strengths in client support, crisis management, communication, and organization.

As Office Manager, Genova is often the first point of contact for clients and oversees daily
operations to ensure a smooth, supportive experience. She approaches each situation with a
calm, solutions-focused mindset.

Outside of work, Genova enjoys time with family, cooking, entertaining, themed parties, DIY nail
artistry, and virtual reality games.
